Avril Lavigne dating Wilmer Valderrama?

Avril Lavigne is reportedly dating Wilmer Valderrama.

The 25-year-old singer enjoyed a romantic dinner with the actor just weeks after she filed for divorce from Deryck Whibley last month. Following several similar “friendly” meetings, the pair were spotted canoodling in Los Angeles club Wonderland last weekend.

A source told Life and Style magazine: “They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month. One of their first dates was October 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood. They took things public last Saturday. She had her hand on his knee and they were

whispering in each other's ear, laughing. They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2am.”

Avril and Sum 41 singer Deryck split in September after three years of marriage. They filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” but insisted their break-up was amicable.

She wrote on her blog: "Deryck and I have been together for six-and-a-half years. We have been friends since I was 17, started dating when I was 19, and married when I was 21. I am grateful for our time together, and I am grateful and blessed for our remaining friendship.”

Shortly after the split, Avril was reportedly seen flirting with oil heir Brandon Davis after spending a month partying on his yacht in the South of France.

However, sources close to Avril insist she and Brandon were "not involved romantically" and are "just friends".
