The Blue Pig

This bohemian, French inspired drinking den is located on the edge of the Northern Quarter and is probably the only bar in Manchester to have a blue pig hanging from the ceiling. Boasting one of the best cocktail menus in the city, The Blue Pig is loved for using both well known and lesser known ingredients to create unique cocktail flavours from their shelves full of speciality spirits and independently made liqueurs. There’s also an impressive list of cider and craft ales on offer too.
