Dundee Rep

Dundee Rep really is building itself quite the reputation within the theatresphere. The most awarded theatre in Dundee, it's also home to the established and theatre troupe, the Dundee Rep Ensemble. Scotland's only company made up of full-time, permanent actors, the Ensemble is sort of unique - and also pretty established; performing on their home stage, on national tours and internationally.

The Ensemble share their thespian crib with the Scottish Dance theatre (Scotland's national contemporary dance company) and the Rep Creative Learning team (delivering over 1000 workshops per year to a 27,000 strong participant base of children, young people, adults and the wider Dundonian community). There's also a thriving calendar of events like book signings, talks and the occasional bit of toe-tapping and crooning.
