The Stand Comedy Club 2

The Stand isn't just a fringe venue, and its popularity as a comedy club isn't resticted to the Capital. Hell, it isn't even restricted to Scotland any more. The Stand boasts three permanent venues, in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.

The Stand also has bunch of fringe venues under its funny little belt, including but not limited to the matter at hand -- The Stand Comedy Club 2. It's an intimate wee space in a Georgian drawing room - great for shows where it's necessary to get a bit cosier with the comic.

There's a separate bar too. Because what's a trip to The Stand during fringe without subsequent day-drunkness? Nothing, that's what. Well, it's something, but it's not as good.
