Grub

A Manchester street food events company, Grub has been teaming up with some of the best food events in Manchester to bring a host of the city’s finest pop-up cuisine experts to people all around the region.

With partners including the popular craft beer brewery Blackjack Beers and music, arts and food festival Shebeen, Grub has put itself firmly on the map with its carefully considered line-ups that cater for all tastes — from Vietnamese staples to BBQ enthusiasts. Their work has seen them set up everywhere from the Klondyke Social Club to the Wonder Inn and pop-up venues at places like Sadler’s Yard. Grub also implement a live music element in many of their events, as well as hosting many of the region’s finest spinners on the decks.

Grub are also keen to nurture a community atmosphere within the Manchester street food scene, often booking new start-ups, alongside more established names such as Honest Crust, Mei Mei’s Street Cart and BakeORama. [William Gunn]
