Iberica Spinningfields

Ibérica Spinningfields is the Spanish restaurant company's first eatery outside of London and it's arguably one of its most impressive. Housed in Manchester's Spinningfields district, the modern looking joint fits right at home amidst the area's array of cocktail bars and big brand culinary names.

The space is divided into a ground floor bar area and a mezzanine floor, which houses an open kitchen. This is the life and soul of the restaurant, with seasonal menus meaning a rotation in the dishes flying out — although with an Iberian influenced you can of course expect a multitude of tapas options, as well as well as several enticing sounding seafood dishes sourced directly from Spanish waters. For the generous or just plain greedy meanwhile, Ibérica offers a mixed grill of pork prime cuts, or you can even just have the whole suckling pig itself — so long as you order ahead.

Also offering two terrace spaces on either side of Ibérica Spinningfields main entrance, the restaurant is one of the more diverse large-scale restaurants in the city. [William Gunn]
